CZ relaunched the ACCRU brand, conducting perceptual research of stakeholders, including its senior team, executive board, investigators, community doctors, and industry partners. We developed a messaging strategy, an 18-month marketing plan, and developed a new visual identity and website.
PODCAST CREATION AND PRODUCTION
As part of our research, CZ identified a need for ACCRU to tell its story of transformative and innovative research more broadly. We came up with a podcast concept and implemented a monthly podcast called "ACCRU Transformative Research." We continue to provide coaching and ongoing production editing and support.Â

CZ re-established ACCRU's social media presence and refreshed the pages with the new branding. CZ provided weekly writing and posting on the two key platforms (X and LinkedIn), integrating news from Mayo Clinic, new podcast episodes, and cancer awareness information.

KEHE ESOP VIDEOS
KeHE is a national distributor for grocery stores, supermarkets, and online vendors, with a focus on organic/natural, fresh & specialty products.
KeHE engaged CZ to educate its employees on the value of its ESOP program. The goal was to make a complex topic understandable for a diverse employee population.

GOODIE CONCEPT AND SCRIPTS
CZ's creative team originated the Goodie concept for the ESOP videos. Goodie, who represented a retired employee and ESOP ambassador, is the main character in the animated video series. He travels to various KeHE locations around the U.S. and interviews employees. CZ wrote the scripts for 11 animated videos, which were also translated into Spanish.
ANIMATED VIDEO PRODUCTION
The CZ creative team created storyboards, worked with a animator to create the characters, and managed the production of each video. With the Spanish versions, there were a total 22 ESOP videos. In addtion, CZ worked with the KeHE HR team to produce employee testimonial videos, interviewing employees from different departments for an internal campaign.Â
CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION
The ESOP video series was part of a larger campaign to educate KeHE's six thousand employees across the U.S. CZ designed a communication strategy for engaging KeHE employees with the ESOP videos, including posters, emails, postcards and landing pages. CZ also researched promotional ideas for swag items to distribute at company events.
SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT
CZ created the scripts for 11 animated videos to educate KeHE employees on the benefits of their Employee Stock Ownership Program. CZ created a character named "Goodie", who represented a retired employee and ESOP ambassador who shared details of the program. These scripts were also translated into Spanish for the final production of both English and Spanish videos.

BRAND IDENTITY
Every brand is a story. And every story needs to positioned in the minds of a company's ideal prospects. CZ stood up a new brand for RevCycle Partners, conducting perceptual research of its existing customers and senior team. CZ designed a Messaging Blueprint for the new brand and created a fresh visual identity that captured the promise of the organization.

After the creative, CZ wrote an ongoing marketing plan and then created the marketing assets to implement the plan. This included setting up the marketing automation forms and sequencing on Pardot and Salesforce. CZ designed and implemented a new website and produced all the other creative assets needed to launch the new brand into the eyecare industry.
